The main garden includes Desert Garden, Orchid Display House, & Hibiscus Garden. Its surrounding comprises of 5 ecosystems - beach, dunes, maritime forest, freshwater slough, & mangrove wetlands.
NSU Art Museum
The NSU Art Museum is a unique three-story building in the Las Olas neighborhood of the city. Featured here are around 7,000 art work in the permanent collections. There are several significant exhibits focusing on the work of Latin America & Cuban art, multicultural & female artists, & African & Oceanic Tribal Arts. The museum also hosts several educational programs, special events, & travelling exhibitions throughout the year.
