Royal Palace of Amsterdam
The Royal Palace of Amsterdam serves residence for the King, when he is in the city. Based on ancient Roman architecture, its exterior is strictly classical while the interiors are well furnished. One should not miss out its spectacular ceiling paintings by Ferdinand Bol and Govert Flinck, pupils of Rembrandt.
